I am an experienced Integrative Counselor and offer a safe space to reflect on and explore difficult issues. I believe that we have an ability to find our own solutions but may need another person to carefully listen and to offer back what we are feeling. In this way we can make sense of our ourselves and begin to move forward.

I work with individuals of all ages and cover areas including depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, abuse and living with uncertainty.
